Taiki Sudo studied fine arts in New York City. He has primarily exhibited paintings and created various portraits. In recent years, he has been working on a personal concept centered on capturing the essential “color of humanity,” a quality inherent in every person. He has developed insights into and contextualized multiple cultures, focusing on issues such as race, gender, disability, and nationality, in which he is interested. Additionally, as part of his visual expression, he is attentive to the “changes” he observes daily. Through his work, he seeks to capture a new “human color” with each piece—one that presents a diverse surface while maintaining a consistent core and theme.
